    Chocolate tempering machine by Pomati

My friend has a chocolate heating and tempering machine(freezing at certain low temperatures). The worst part of its Machine design is that the compressor doesn’t cut off and keeps running even reaching the required temperature. The company confirms the same too. In the above process the compressor conked off. Now to import the compressor it would be a costly affair and not to mention the loss in production. Can we put a equivalent compressor and with some alternative arrangement so that compressor doesn’t burn?

I maintain, everything I have, myself.

    .

    Short answer is yes.

The fridge circuit is not bothered what type of Compressor is on it just the
same way a car is not bothered by the engine inside it.

But, and there is always a but

You have to make sure the replacement is very similar in characteristics as the original one.
Kw output at a certain temperature and refrigerant type are the 2 most important factors.

But you can definitely replace the compressor for a suitably selected alternative make.
