No heat or coold from inverter heatpump

Hi!

Heatpump not cooling or heating, blowing about same temp (a bit above ambient). Discharge line about fingerwarm, compressor running full speed. Reversing valve working. No leaks and charge is correct, checked by weight. Filters, condensor and evap are clean. Faultcode is stored and saying overheated compressor.

Can it be a faulty compressor, can't build pressure due to excessive overheating?
