    Help geting more info on some TXVs



    Hey all I just buoght this lot of TXVs off ebay and I tried google to get more indepth data but can't find any thing


    The valves from ebay

    ROYAL SINGER CONTROLS CO EXPANSION VALVE, MODEL 207C, DEVICE 60735, R12, 1/4 TON, < It is mainly thees that I want to get more data on as for the other R-22 one I'll resell as I have no use for that capacity.

    Any help will be greatly apreciated, thanks.

    About all I can add is that they seem to be rated at 1/4 ton for use with an outdated refrigerant.

    Looking at the pictures there doesn't seem a lot more to say, sorry.

    well with a bit of tuning of the super heat they will work with the updated refrigernt R-134a lol

    I just want to try and find out whether they are low temp charge or med temp charge

    You could add that 2 are internally equalised and 1 is externally equalised

    lol that I noticed, realy the only thing I want to figure out is the thermal static charge, they came from an ammo plant so it would be logical to think they came from a (very) small chiller or such unit.

    Well they came with the paper work so mega pluse so now I have info on the ones I all ready had to boot 9F superheat seting, general perpose Valves, the 7-1/2Ton was rather banged up not too impressed about that and one turned out to be a 1/2Ton again not happy about that but at least the rest where 1/4.
