Brema VM900 ice machine stopping and when working slow production

I have a2.5 year Brema ice machine and over the past 6 months its production has got really slow and the the machine keeps stopping for no reason and the red reset switch needs to be pressed to get her going again.

Water pressure in is good.
Ambiant air temperature of the room is ac'd to 18 degrees
Power is good.

I have called out agent and he blames everything on the water pressure and the air temp!!!

I have cleaned the machine as per specs it pretty clean. The spray pattern across the top is consistent.

Just struggles to make 50 kg of ice in a day vs 400kg claimed.

The stopping is annoying. Can anyone help?

the red reset switch is for what purpose, electrical or pressure?

I am just a "guy" who needs his machine to work and all I know is the red button on the back says manual reset.

I have called out the dealer and they claim it is my water pressure which I have resolved and it is good. Really good.

They then said the ambiant air temperature is too hot so I installed 2 ice ac's to keep it cool. The room is freezing.

There is no cycle to the shut down sometimes minutes sometimes hours. What I do note is that when machine runs for hours the ice production is really low.

Next to the manual reset button it says to wait 30 mins before pressing? it also says if it keeps needing pressed to contact dealer.

Any info would be great to point at fault?

Any chance you can post a picture of the 'radiator' underneath the unit next to the compressor?

My guess is that this is blocked with 'fluff' leading to poor airflow and high head pressures
