    Daikin RZP100, U4 error, need a good wiring diagram for PCB PC0104H-1D



    Good morning,

    I have the identical problem as @Lumpy2 here: http://www.refrigeration-engineer.co...it-PCB-Repairs . I have a Daikin RZP100 from which I made a heat pump to heat my house - medium water.
    Unfortunately, I recently got a U4 error (no communication) on my display.
    The outdoor unit board (PC0104H-1D) near X100A has a burnt 51R/5W resistor - luckily the resistor value is readable.
    I've already bought the resistor and now I'm waiting for MA3810, which I suspect is also damaged. I will also replace transistor C1093(IC102B) and optocoupler P521(PHC101B).
    However, I have a question for my colleagues:
    SMPS produces five voltages on the secondary side. All these voltages must be lower than 25VDC because the capacitors are at 25VDC.
    The first one supplies the HIC block (21).
    The second is block regulators 7812(IC508B) and 7805(IC509B)
    Third block 330uF/25V capacitor(CPS22)
    Fourth block capacitor 330uF/25V(CPS28)
    Fifth, dual power supplies 7809(IC506B) and 7805(IC505B)

    Could someone in spare time measure voltages on components:
    1. 47uF/25V(CPS24)
    3. 330uF/25V(CPS22)
    4. 330uF/25V(CPS28)
    5. 470uF/25V(CPS5) and 1500uF/25V(CPS13)

    Does any of you perhaps have an accurate wiring diagram for the PC0104H-1D board.
    I would be extremely grateful for your help.

    OK. Fixed.

    For those who will want to run the motherboard without the SMPS inverter, I give the voltages to be applied to the components:
    14.0V DPS9 ground relative to IC508B
    16.0V DPS11 ground to CPS24
    7.0V DPS8 ground to IC105B
    19.0V CPS28
    16.0V CPS22

    Yesterday, the motherboard (PC0104H-1D) was back on the table. The unit displayed no errors - no cooling, no heating, communication between units worked. After entering mode 40 with BRC1C61, errors were displayed:
    01 - C9
    02 - E7
    03 - U4
    I checked the fan connectors verifying error E7 and resistances were correct on both connectors:
    1-4: >1M
    2-4: >100K
    3-4: >100R
    4-7: >100K
    With the power supply connected, no 320VDC on 4-7, no 15VDC on 1-3, so the problem is the power block. The fans are powered from the X101A connector. There are large 2W resistors next to them. I examined all of them and found damage to two from the power stage:
    R4: 120K/2W
    R15: 68K/1W
    The resistors were replaced and the board is working again.
    So if you have U4 and E7 errors then first check resistors R4 and R15. The AIR thermistor is working properly - not sure where the C9 error is coming from. Maybe accidentally such error was logged.
