Airedale EEV driver Plan fault

I have 3 x Airedale chillers on a sequencer, keep getting intermittent fault EEV driver error me chillers alarming out, I have tried speaking to Airedale who aren’t very helpful and insist they need to come to site to resolve. What I would like to know if there is a way of running the chillers independent of the pLan network, by addressing pCO3 controller as 0, then EEV drivers as 1 & 2 ? Or is there another way of getting them to run ? Any help would be appreciated
