York YMWA CO 45 chiller Er01

I got a problem with a York chiller, which has error Er01 - error digital HP.
the controller it is SBW655/C/S with SE600 Energy and XVR for electronic TXV.
I tried to mount a new SBW655 controller , factory configured for this application by Johnson controls and the same error occur. The HP and LP sensors are switch type, no reset button for HP. The sensors for HP and LP provide a NC contact. The R410A ***** pressure in static it is 12,5 bar, this chiller it is mounted inside to a building. The condenser it is a plate heat exchanger with water flow from client water tank with external pump. I checked the CL and AL parameters for both controller and they are the same, but the new one doesn't start the pump for evaporator, and the initial controller after evaporator pump start the compressor enter in preparing, flashing the compressor led light, but the error er01, correspond to AL10, error Er01, disable the compressor.
Have anyone any idea?
Initial company service technician insert the relay and the coil pin was bended, i straighten it and the relay powers and the contacts are closed(refering the k1 relay from attached schematic

Relay may be powered but is the output showing NC with your multimeter?

Sounds like a wiring issue to me

Yes , it does, the two contact are one to put the DO6 to the same potential with Neutral port, and one for DI2 to GND.

DI2 - Digital Input 2

Are you sayiny that you have a wire coming out of DO6 into the relay and then into DI2 from the relay?

No, What i`m saying is that the relay has 2 pair of contacts one pair related to DO6 and one to DI2.

I solved the problem with the chiller, the DI2 was burn, and the 20th pins connector have the pins enlarged and doesn`t made electrical connection.20210209_091737.jpg
