    Carel alarm

    Hello,
Carel for chiller type μC2SE: gives alarm ELS, low voltage. Voltage is correct.
Step 1 is not activated, but step 2-3-4 is activated.
    Somebody an idea?
    Greetings Fernando

    Re: Carel alarm

    Hi.
Out of interest what chiller is this fitted to?
Only I have seen this fault arise when the supply to the machine is interrupted.
Basically the fault shows when the chiller is powered back up.
If i remember correctly it clears itself over time.
If the above applies then just leave the chiller and the fault should clear.

    Hello
The chiller type i dont know. I did not see the nameplate.
    It is a R290 chiller.
The alarm stays, not goes away.

    Re: Carel alarm

I've had a similar incoming voltage alarm on a Daikin chiller.

The alarm was very random and took ages to find. Turned out to be the signal wire from the slide valve picking up interference. rerouted the signal wire and all good since.
