what to do when temperture over 50 C in the shade

hello
with temperature rise to 50 C or more in the shade how about in direct sun may be 54

most aircondtioner effeicinct decrease
except one with outdoor unit has double raw
while one with one raw compressor overload
but what make worse is electric power shoratge
come 2 hours cut 4 or more sometimes
sometimes in 24 hr we get power 6 hours only
so we depend on generator 11 amper so no Air conditioner just ceiling fan which make it worse but better than nothing

Without power then you are stuck.

What underground temperatures do you get?
Could you use a sort of reverse ground source heat pump. Or even just a pumped water loop with heat exchangers.
Are there any fluids that increase in density with an increase in temperature?
