Entering temperature, tonnage, desired end temperature and most important: required time.
Like it's asked now, this can be done with a 1/2 Hp or with a 200 HP. Both will workIt's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

I thought this was supposed to be an example of an e-tender from WebRam's previous question. Someone asked what an e-tender was in that thread.
If this is all of the information you get to bid on a job, I would run away.
