Danfoss compressor

Hi there,

I've got a caravell freezer with a Danfoss SC18CL 104L compressor. Though the compressor is in practically new condition I've been told it's got an internal problem & is scrap.
I can't find out much about this compressor so was wondering if anyone can explain the designation so I can find an alternative?

Click on 'compressors' and then do a search on 'sc18cl' for all the info on your item.
