HI Siniša,
Welcome to the RE forum. I hope you enjoy this site and participate often.
Can you provide some of the operating details of the compressor please/
1) Suction pressure and temperature
2) Discharge pressure and temperature
3) Oil pressure and temperature
4) Refrigerant type
5) Is the compressor new, or rebuilt
6) What is the diameter of the oil separator
7) What type of oil cooling is used
8) What type of system do you have. Chiller, DX, Flooded, Liquid overfeed, etc.
9) Is the compressor using the side port
10) Were the oil coalescing elements recently changed
If you can provide some answers to these questions it should help us to provide some answers to you.

Hello Sinisa,
There have been some similar problems regarding oil and my suggestion is to call Sabroe-York-JCI representative and ask for help.
Best regrds,

If the plant is running up and down on the slide and lightly loaded oil carryover will be a problem.
Liquid carryover will also cause excessive oil usage
Low condensing pressures will also cause oil carryover
Did this oil consumption suddenly start or was it gradual over a period of time
Please post and let us know
