Question for the Old Timers. (Ref Early Cold Stores?)
A good Friend and learned member of our Industry has just asked a question.
To which I felt some of our older guys may be able to help?
Early Cold Store Insulation was a form of Cork Layers clad in a Asbestos Board.
Which Had a Grey and Black stippled Finish.
What was that Board / Finish called?
It used to be a really common Finish.
Thanks Guys!

Re: Question for the Old Timers. (Ref Early Cold Stores?)
Thanks BG.
I think there is a trade name for it?
Hopefully some others haven't stood as close to the walls as you and I?

I seem to remember it being known as stippleglaze. That might have been a trade name though.
