Toshiba avant 10k Inverter working pressure same as rest pressure

Hall, I was called today to check on a possible r410a leak in a Toshiba Inverter that was installed by someone else a year ago and no longer makes cold or hot.

Since I didn't detect any clues pointing a leak (no oil near conections, no bubbles as well) i went to check the presure and it was around 9 bar (8.5>9.4) when the system was off and also when it was on, is it normal for the pressure to stay the same (TXV doing?).

Also i think the problem is not in the 410a but is on the exterior unit (compresor maybe) since it worked for some time, there's no apparent leaks and there was no need for additional gass on installation (the circuit pipes are less than 2meters, 5 foot?)

Any ideas or tips are welcome, i know that measuring the pressure is not the best way to do it but I still don't have any gass claiming device to take out and weight it).

Compressor running but not pumping if your getting equal pressures?
