Carrier xarious 300 fault code bAt

Hi does anyone know what the incab display bAt could be , the battery and alt is ok, switch unit on, goes through the motions, compressor kicks in, evap motor starts up, then all cuts out, and the bat sign comes on, thanks

Bad vehicle battery the power is below a certain voltage check the connections to the battery for corrosion usually if all that is good then it tends to be the customers problem

Are you 100% sure the van is charging? If yes then I would agree with above and check connections
