aqv12fan outdor fan error

hi, i have problem with my samsung aqv12fan split ac, problem started 2 years ago, in cooling mode after 30-40 min fine work i got error red and green light, witch means (according to service manual) outdoor unit error, and after turning on off (as it suggested)it will continue to work fine, it was annoying but worked. last winter on hitting i got same problem , and problem occurred while out temperature was more than 10-15 C and working fine even in -20c, so i assumed that some temperature sensor for protecting has malfunction. in meanwhile i call samsung authorized dealer and service to solve the problem, dealer: ITS NOT IN WARRANTY CALL SERVICE, service: I DON'T HAVE SPARE PARTS I CANT FIX IT. (too frusrtating) and finally few days ago i open out door unit and when the problem occurred i got orange light witch means outdoor fan malfunction, i turned of on ac and i manually turned propeller, after are while, leds turned to normal (green and red) and fan started to work normally and cooling normally. next day i tried again, and same problem, fan error and fan wont start to work, but after i manually turn it it works fine without problems, even if i turn off. and start again in 10- 15 min or more.

so please help me to solve this problem

Perhaps check the fan capacitor.

ty for replay, and sorry for late response , i was out of town, now i have to find location of that capacitor and his parameters and to replace it, some blueprints of outdoor pcb ?

It will be quite obvious when you see it, probably at 4-5mf. Just ensure power is off before you look into the unit. Will either be cylindrical in shape or a rectanglular prism.
