I just had an interesting experience with Blue Air Refrig.. A customer's reach in was down; Found a leak in return bend of evaporator, probably a slow leak for some time. Decided better to get a new evap.rather than attempt a patch. Called american distributor; turned out it was just in 27 month warranty if you count the week that customer watched equip., concerned about warming temperatures.
(There is no "fudging" on these dates.)

The "tech. support" supervisor just yelled at me for 20 minutes, then hung up on me for calmly disagreeing with her about how I interpreted the warranty, when I asked to speak to her boss, (the owner), he would not talk to me and she hung up on me.

I believe I am correct in my interpretation of the warranty (27 months from ship date), but more than any thing, the way they handled this was amazing.
Customer support?
