Trane Chiller CGAN 500 fault
Fault with Chiller controller Tracer CH532 on Trane chiller ECGAN 500. The unit is being held off by fault

May be firmwire was broken.

This controller has been working fine for a good 5 years. The controller has since gone blank and won't operate at all. Can I have some more information regarding sending the controller back to CAREL. The controller is used on a Trane chiller so do we have to send it back to Trane? If not where do we send it , how long will it be away and will any costs be incurred. Is there a web page I can visit. What are CAREL contact details so I can get more info
