Denco close control cabinet (2005 model)

    Hi people,

i am working on a 2005 model (cream coloured) Denco D12A close control cabinet with the built in 'Millennium' control interface.

on the home screen it displays alarms with any active alarms displayed with a letter 'A' by the side.

All other recorded alarms just sit there on the page.

is there a way of clearing the alarm log/history?

i have all relevant level passwords as I install quite a few of the newer Denco's (dark grey coloured) but this is a real bug to me.

    Help would be great

think it just stores upto last 20 alarms- current alarms will show as active- increase the high temp alarm threshold to remove it from the home screen.
    any settings in factory level

If you go intp factory config , you can tell the unit that it is a different type of unit (like a U32AV?) and then out it back, This should clear the alarm history but it is risky as in Factory Config you have the opportunity to REALLY **** up a perfectly good unit? If its just pissing you off L shrug your shoulders and walk away. If its pissing the customer off then go for it, as you can always chrge them to have me come to site and put it right for you?

    Hope that helps?
