Beko fridge warm/freezer OK
Any all help gratefuly received.
My Beko CDA660F fridge/freezer has developed a problem
The fridge will only get down to about 10C, whilst the freezer is at -23C, although on returning from a week away the freezer was at -10C and the fridge at +1C
But in normal use the fridge is fat too warm (ambient room temp +21C)
I also find that the front of the machine between the doors and that the doors close onto is very warm/hot.
Thermostat is set to 4.5
I have tried emptying the freezer section and with back cover removed there is some ice hanging down from the cooling coil, but not a lot. Have removed this but problem still there.
The drain hole is clear
The back of the fridge section accumulates maybe 5mm of ice, but scraping this of makes no difference.
Any clues, or is it ony file for the scrap heap?
Thanks very much for reading this.

Re: Beko fridge warm/freezer OK
You probably have had a slight refrigerant leak which reduces efficiency and usually the leak cant be economically repaired on a domestic.
Beko's arent worth spending much on so you have to decide as you would need to pay out for an engineer to check it out.“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving” Einstein
