Hi LC,

I tried the link and it worked OK. The top of the page reads " EASA Electrical Engineering Handbook". There a lot of links on the left hand side of this page.

EASA is: Electrical Apparatus Service Association

It has a lot of information on motors, starters, control panels, and electricity information.

I'm not sure why you cannot access the site. Sorry I could not help more.

I believe that some web sites are automatically prohibited in China. Joliet must have some hot stuff on their site....

Microsoft, Google et al have a special filtering process that allows them to operate there.
