    Oil pressure constantly climbing way higher than head press on York ycas



    Working on a York ycas screw compressor . Transducer good oil charge good filter new but my oil pressure immediately shoots up way higher than discharge by over 100 degrees

    You need to re-scale transducers the process /procedure will be in the manual.

    So far i know is not possible to recalibrate the transducers, the transducers are 0-5 vdc and the only way to check them out is by reading the pressure on the display and check the ohms or voltage in the manual if responding to the reading display pressure.But what i don't understand is, you said i have oil pressure problem and in your post you say 100 degrees higher than your discharge, so do you have trouble with oil temperature or oil pressure?
