any body know where i can get information relating to factory preset superheat settings on EGELHOF TEWL expansion valves for r404a?
its roughly the same size as a danfoss TE2.
any help would be appreciated,

Try this web page might be of help, i used the RTC type years ago, HRP in U.K used to stock these. Can be stripped and repaired when motor jams . http://www.steefane.com/catalogue.html P.s scroll down this page to e= expansion valves.

Hi,
I have an old Egelhof catalogue. It states - Superheat Factory setting: 4K static superheat, applies with normal air conditioning range to a bulb temperature of 0 degrees C, applies within low temperature range to a bulb temperature which corresponds to an evaporation pressure of 1bar (according to refrigerant).
