Anyone willing to share the method for calculating supermarket service maintenance contracts? In my research the most often quoted method is X amount of dollars per horse power per month. Some calculate by square footage plus factor in age of equipment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ha ha, if that is the way of calculating then you are in for a world of hurt - you would need a LOT of data of quite a few years to quote like that.
Look at what the scope is and put hours against all required aspects....and she said "give it to me you big fridgie"
