mitsubishi heavy e59 fault

wondering if any one has come across this fault e59 on a mitsui heavy ac split casette. model of outdoor is sdc60.
fault does indicate a compressor start fault but unsure how this fault is actually brought up. what actions bring up this fault code.

if any one has got a service manuel for this model i would be most greatful.

the diagnosis is faulty power supply or faulty inverter
circuit.
