Most likely is the return air sensor is defective and it's controlling on discharge temperature. I would imagine you also have code 03 (return) in there somewhere. Check on the display if the box temperature reading is correct.

    Re: Thermoking SL 400E

you're right, the problem is that there are three failures 03,203 and 11,but one that is not erase its 11.
anyway I'm a beginner so I think I'll start by changing all the sensors,
Thank you very much for your advice

Be careful changing a return sensor as they are graded. You will have to recalibrate the sensor in the maintenance menu

is a complicated procedure? problem is that this equipment is not worked well for a long time, many "experts" have tried to fix it, The return sensors might not even be good, because I found removed from the circuit

    Re: Thermoking SL 400E

    G'day demicv;

I think what Robert's trying to say, is that the sensor has a reference code on it (eg; 5G, 2B - something like that.) This needs to be calibrated into the controller to ensure the correct operation of the unit. These units also have similar sensors which are not marked with such a code and as such they don't need to be calibrated but their functions are quite different, such as ambient temperature.

You will need to refer to the green controller manual for instruction on the calibrating these sensors into the controller.

    Best regards...

This unit will bring up these codes due to a difference between the two return air sensors. There is two sensors one for control and one for display. Check in the sensor menu for both return sensors. It will more than likely need alarm codes cleared.

    Re: Thermoking SL 400E

Sorry chaps been away in Germany for a couple of days.
The TK graded sensors have a number and letter code eg, 6H or 4L. The numbers being 1-9 and the letters H, L or nothing (meaning High, Low or middle) Once in guarded access you can choose sensor calibration, the sensor to be calibrated and then adjust and set. To enter guarded access:
    Unit on not running
Press menu and enter operaters menu
Press the blank button and exit together to enter the maintenance menu
Scroll to sensor calibrate and press select
Scroll to the correct sensor and select
Adjust to new sensor and accept.
