    Arena air con unit

Hi, I have a reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system that has not been performing well for a while and our electricity bills have been very high. Outside is a double fan unit. The lower fan has never turned and today I noticed that one of the blades was broken off and jammed the rest of the fan from turning. My question is with this fan not turning does it make the other one run constantly / work harder? Also will this have an impact on the cooling of the house and finally with this motor jammed and trying to turn will it increase the energy consumption?

    regards

    Andy
