Alco EXD-S Electronic valve driver

Hi all,

Came across the above today. Expansion valve feeding LT Scrolls on pack vapour injection on compressors. Valve open 100% constantly and flooding compressors with liquid. Anybody came across these.

I have seen these in a diffrent format and parameters are accessabile via a handset, but the above model is a plug and play and cannot get info from driver. Returning to site in the morning with transducer and Ntc probe. I have tried to find info via various websites, but info sketchy at best.

Any info/advice would be appreciated.

great link brian, been looking for this 1 myself!! these are fitted to all the new space packs!!

Had the same problem myself a few months ago, for me it was just the temp' probe that wasn't securely fitted to the pipework.
