delonghi chiller leaks
i've got a delonghi chiller with three fushen screw compressors on it, two of them are leaking from the motor terminals, has anyone had this problem before.

Yes, this is very common often accompanied by burned out cables. Complete new terminal plates reqd. I believe the new plates dont suffer from this problem.

Common problem of some type of gasket material. Sooner or later most compressor manufacturers had this problem.

The last one I did had split evaporator tubes as-well ! Good luck !

going to be expensive then,and 260kgs of 407c to get up onto the roof via a ladder!

Lengthen the hose and leave the cylinders down.

Used to be very common on Hitachi screws, might be worth comparing the replacement terminal plates with the old ones, just to see if there is a noticable difference in construction.
