In Belgium we have several dialects of our Dutch language (like everywhere I think)
In the region of Antwerp, you can use the special version in their dialect www.goegel.be
In my region West Flanders, the region where they fought the most during WWI and where you find a lot of military cemeteries you can use www.hoehel.be
Have a small look at http://www.hoehel.be/gastenboek/read.php3 to read the guest book of our language.
Those who can speak or read Dutch will find it very difficult.
The last one - hoehel - received already several judicial letters that he had to stop his site.
He's earning nothing with it, it's just as a joke of one person.
So, despites the treads, he's continuing.
