Sanyo vrf questions
Hi guys
Was wondering if you could point me in the right direction.
I have a sanyo vrf to look and a possible indoor unit movement.
Was wondering if there was any service manuals i can look at online to arm myself with before visiting site.
Are they like Daikin vrf with service modes to open valves etc.. And put into test? Is it done via remote or via outdoor pcb?
Also if there is anything online about pipe limitations ie max distance between units and refnets etc...
I know I will have to ring sanyo when there but would like to have a bit of a read up before. Can't seem to find anything via google or sanyo website.
Many thanks

Re: Sanyo vrf questions
Don't forget Sanyo distributors - some of the have the manuals on their web sites. Oceanaire, etc
Also 'Tech Guy' on this forum seems the most knowledgable on Sanyo kit.
Cheers

Re: Sanyo vrf questions
Sanyo Eco-i VRF Pump Down.
Turn the power off to the outdoor unit.
Short out pins on the main outdoor PCB marked AP.
Turn the system back on and run in cooling test mode.
Shut the service valves accordingly until pumped down.
