Does any body know any thing about Grunaire mini Splt System

I need Help I have a Grunaire GMU183HX system . The name tag says it is 220 volt but it it trips one leg L2 when energized. It will operate with this leg tripped which means it is running off 120Volts hoe can this be happening if the system is designed for 220Volts. IT cools , reaches Temp. shuts down , starts back up when it calls for cooling, Changes speed works just like it is supposed to. Pulls between 8-9 amps on start-up backs off to 4-5 amps when running. Some one HELP !!!!

Did you measured 120V or you just presuming?

I measured 120Volts . Also measured current 8.5 amps at start-up drops back to 4-5 amps when running.

Now You need to find it or you can pay monkey spanners
a Barrow of money to do it
There may be moisture in the winding to ground letting the unit run or in the board
