rack systems
I have a costomer building a new store {costom meats} he wants a rack system instead of several split systems. I am familure with Hussman He is wondering about other mfgs.Has anyone had any any good or bad experiances with these mfgs. Hill-Phoenix,Tyler,or ZeroZone?

All three mentioned make a decent product, but it depends on who you ask. Why not ask all three for a quote? It couldn't hurt, plus it will get you familiar with the other companies out there. I do know the sales manager at Zero Zone if you are interested in contacting them.

Look for and compare:
What brand of compressors do they use
Capacity control on each compressor
Oil control management
Each compressor an oil separator or one main separator
Type of separators
Main suction filter or each compressor his own
Fixed bolted or with springs
Vibration absorbers
HP/LP on each compressor
Headers in steel, stainless steel or copper,
Shut-off valves on the headers, oil lines,..
NRV on each compressor
Liquid receiver capacity
Liquid level control
Saftey valves on the receiver
Prewired safety devices/compressors/
Manometers on the panelIt's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.
