Unhappy New scroll shuts off after one minute!! Restart after 2??

Just installed a new 5 ton single phase Carlyle scroll compressor. started up and rans OK for 30 seconds. then shuts down for two minuts??? restarts then shuts down. changed all the stat componets. started with and with out potental relay.
230V single phase 19.5 amps, low sided 60 psi high 200 psi.
Old compressor was working fine. just had a stress crack in the compressor body (4 years old).

Maybe the problem is thermal overload tripping by the internal protection?

Maybe is working in a hard regimen which the motor is not prepared for.

What's the nominal and operational current? 19,5 Amps is nominal or absorbed? What's the other?

Request from the vendor the correct starting equipment (and wiring schematics) for his compressor.

You need to carry out basic diagnostics and see what is stopping the compressor, has to be something on the control circuit telling it to stop, i'm sure the answer is right in front of you.

...or it's passing a small current by some of windings directly to earth. Does the differential switch is tripping?

    Hi Cygani.
    Welcome to the forum.
Does this compressor have a control unit.
Or what make condensing unit is it fitted to?
It's just I cannot fathom what size system this comp would be attached to.

Therefore whether start delay and anti recycle timers are relevant?
    More info is needed.

If it is indeed purely stand alone then the guys above have the logical answer covered.
    Cheers Grizzly
