    Question Freezer Doors Shattering

Can anyone help me with an explaination for tripple glazed freezer doors shattering the outside heated glass pannel.
The unit is an eight door Tyler 6ZWF3-FFC manafactured in USA and purchaced second hand by my customer.
The unit shattered one door about two months ago and it was put down to one of those unfortunete hapenstances but now I have been informed it has broken another one.
The outer pannel has active and neautral fed to either end and I assume works on the resistance of the glass to heat up the rails are being fed with 240volt, on some doors it much hotter on the ends near the feeds than it is in the middle any help or ideas greatly appericiated as I have only seen one issolated incident of this before when a tripple glazed door was left out in direct sunlight. Both these doors went undercover.

Are you sure nobody is hitting them with a trolley or something?
or is the door being slamed?

must be hell of a high voltage to pass along glass!
IF AT FIRST YOU DON`T SUCCEED.
DESTROY ALL EVIDENCE THAT YOU TRIED!

Red face Re: Freezer Doors Shattering

In supermarkets glass always breaks without any reason, Evaporator fanmotors mysteriously fill up with water, Evaporators start to leak throug big punktured holes an there never is a butcher around who knows how to remove ice witch a big axe, Sidepanels next to the door to the storache area just fall of the cabinets, drain are abolutly totaly clogged with massive amount of dirt and they claim that the draintray is cleaned at least once a week.
Well as we all probably know this list is endless.

But once a year in the week, if possible the day before christmas, then it is my day.
I JUST WANT ONLY FREEZER PROBLEMS, AND EACH AND EVERY ONE HAS TO BE COMPLETLY EMPTY IF THEY WANT IT FIXED
