    Help needed please LG, LT-E2460RJ

    Hello all.

Does anybody have a fascia panel wiring diagram for this cassette ?
I need to know what the blue, yellow, orange, red and pink wires are on the louvre motor and if the motor is fused.
The problem is the louvre motor and the cam wheel have sheared their mountings and damaged the fascia panel and i'm trying to work out why.
Customer messing? PCB fault? motor failure?

    Any help appreciated

    Cheers

    thanks for the replies chaps.
i spoke to thermofrost this morning.
they are "aware" of a faulty batch and are sending a replacement straight away.
as usual, 10/10 service from the thermofrost team.
