i got a question here

i am a college student in China, and i major in Refrigeratiob Engineering. i will graduate from my university this June. i have been wondering whether i can find a job in foreign countries since i wanna learn more not from demstic industries...if i could, what should i do then? should i prepare the TOFEL or something?
or is there any company that has vacancy?

some companies are willing to offer some kind of employment. The problem is that insurances tend to be high for young people and those outside the EU

Hello Baijie, and welcome. Have you thought of contacting any of the big foreign manufacturers in China? I know, for example, that Trane are rapidly expanding there, building factories & test facilities, entering the marketplace, etc.

Possibly. In large companies like York, Carrier, Trane, & Hussman, a lot of the older employees have worked all over the place.

from what i have found in my neck of the woods most companies are happy to take on persons from out side but the red tape that governments put up companies do not have the time to try cutting through, in asia it might not be the same,start looking,keep looking and keep asking,well thats what i am doing
