    mitsubishi splits

    Hello all,

Is there any other difference than price between the "M" series inverter splits and the "Mr Slim" equivalents. Doing a job for a friend and am trying to keep the price of equipment down, has any one any view either way

    Regards

Why don't you have a look here and check out the technical sections. http://www.mitsubishi-aircon.co.uk/

The M Series only covers small split type units whereas the Mr Slim series covers larger units.

If you are looking for a cheap install then have a look at B & Q

    Thanks Frank,

Have you any preference yourself? B&q selling 9000btu units for about 750euro....could be the new benchmark

    Hi Al

I can buy decent stuff for less than that

Mitsi is good gear and I won't knock it. Hitachi have some small units (2.5kw and 3.5kw) wall fan coils on offer at the moment http://www.hitachiaircon.com/product...catID=1&LANG=1 we can get them starting at £225 ex vat

    Re: mitsubishi splits

Current buying price for the FTXS50B = £698.10

    for the FCQ71B = £1,521.78

Both prices plus VAT (or as Dez says - Up for a bribe )
