Ice making machines
Hi guys.
Please give me some names of manufacturers for Ice making machines (flakes).
Till now I had found only Ziegra. I need an ice making machine of 200 kg / 24 h.
Oh, and the company must be located in Europe, and the products cheap and reliable.
Thanks a lot.

Re: Ice making machines
Wutke, Funk, Scotshman, Geneglace (very good), Iso-Frigo,
...
Flake ice ore crushed ice?
Monobloc unit or only the generator?
Cheap? I don't think that good and cheap ice machines excists.
I prefer Geneglace (France). Biggest we installed years ago was +/- 6 ton/day.It's better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression that you're stupid than to open it and remove all doubt.

Re: Ice making machines
Hi Danfoss,
If you want cheap, get a fan, in the winter you will get ice.
If you are looking for ice flake machines, they are not cheap.

Re: Ice making machines
I have to agree with Peter, Geneglace is by far the superior machine and worth the extra investment. Atlas/Sabroe flake generators are very good too but i am unsure wether you get them small enough for your application. I have installed single Geneglace ice generators from 200 kg/24hr to monster generators with a output of 26.5 tons/24hr and have found that they are all only as reliable as the salt dosing system attached!

Re: Ice making machines
Thanks a lot, i have already contacted yesterday Geneglace, but the smallest machine is for 350 kg/day. It means almost double my needs.
Thanks for the companies you sugested me Peter.
Thank you for your help.
