Carrier chillers service

Hi Guys
I'm wondering how you people are feeling about Carrier service (big chillers - centrifugal compressors) in Europe, as I'm not impressed....

hi evapcoil 1, it all depends on what your used too, there are not too many engineers who have worked on ALL types of a-c and fridge, there are so many types of water chillers centrifs, templifiers, did you have any personal comment to make ?

Do you mean Carrier Service as in the service department or Carrier as in the product
in my experience both are pretty good
in my opinion Carrier chillers are second to none i'm sure some folk on here may disagree.

Hi Guys
I am not talking about Carrier products as I also agree that they are pretty good.
I'm talking about the service that , due to lack of personnel (this is their excuse) is carried out (talking about south Europe) in a very superficial way, treating the client like if You have to pray them to come to start up and commision a plant where 12 1.7MW chillers were bought.
