But as I mostly work on Industrial or chillers.

Or is it simply that we actually had a hot summer then and everyones rates shot up?

Indeed Grizzly, a lot of subbies still think 1k to install only 3.5kw wall mount back to back is available..sadly those days (for us at least) have long gone..
