45 is the outdoor pipe thermistor faulty.46 is also an outdoor sensor problem but which one i'm not sure

turn the mains off for 5 minutes and unit will reset. if the fault returns then it's duff..if not it's an LG!!

    cheers

LG operate a 24/7 SMS text service for Error Codes, text the code (eg CH04 or 46) to the following number and you should receive an automated response with guidance on its meaning. 07624 818794.

    Re: LG fault codes............

Try this site for links to manufacturers -
    http://www.plumbingafrica.co.za/ra_xara_links_test.asp

also http://www.unionaire.co.za/ they may be able to provide some details.

I can only find Climatron in the USA and their site isn't very helpful.

I haven't got anything for au models either.

It would help if you gave a model number or type of a/c (ducted, cassette etc) also what the unit was doing, ie nothing runs, something runs after a power reset until the time delay kicks in (voltages and current when it tries), everything runs fine for a while then cuts out (and if that was the case, all the temps and pressures).
