Bitzer screwpack vibrations

I have a vibration problem at a Bitzer screwpack, always at screw nr.1 If that one go`s up to 75% - 100% there is a huge sound and vibrating in the suction line. The screw was inspected by Bitzer, we changed no2 on place of no1, we opend the suction line and inspected it with a endoscope all in to the evaporator, nothing helps.
Is it possible to mount a muffler in the suction line??

Hard to say without a lot of details but it may be as simple as changing the length of a pipe or moving a T fitting to eliminate some sort of resonance.

Require bitzer to replace or repair it. I don't see why you have to touch the system for a **** compressor.
