Technical details needed for Daikin units

Hi, I have a few Daiking units which I really need to find the specs of.

Internal1: FHYC125FJV1
Internal2: FHC125CV1

External1: R125FJY1
External2: R10088Y1 (or might be R100BBY1)

Closest I have found so far is FHYC125BJV1, does anyone know what the difference between B and F means?

Any help would be extremly appreciated.
Also any ideas on their secondhand value? Have 2 of each.

15 year old R22 10.0kw cooling only

Any help would be extremly appreciated.
Also any ideas on their secondhand value? Have 2 of each.

Wouldn't think they would be worth anything due to age and R22 phase out.
