Converting from R12 R22 R502
Is it possible/feasible to convert an evaporator from these older refrigerants to something newer, more earth friendly?
What all is involved for the conversion?

If you only want to use the evaporator, check the size of the TEV and stick to the same tonnage, make sure you use it under the same conditions, i.e. if it was for + temp, use it for the same temp. have it flushed with a cleaner and you can use it for:
R12 > R134a medium, high temp
R502, R22 > R404a medium, low temp

cylinder is slightly different from the liquid composition.

evaporators.

Dear VINIC
There are a series of videos of Copeland named Refrigerant change over, they show you step by step what to do.
