popeye Guestwinia HELP!!
Does anyone have any information on winia air con. having problems it works on cool ok, but when on heat with a very low ambient its a no go!! keeps wanting to defrost. I have heard there is a low ambient kit wondering if this will help. The unit is a multi split WNH-125NBE(indoor) WMH245NBE(outdoor)

Sorry, the only info I can Google comes back as Spanish, it does show -10°C as the lower external limit though.

The units where bought from RPW about 3 years ago, will give them a call on monday. There seems to be plenty of sites selling but no tech info. What makes it worse is the rest of the office has mitsi elec which are working great!!
