Amcor mini split control board
I hope someone here can help me. I have a 6 moth old Amcor mini split ac (AOS091HX). Two months after buying it and having it installed, the outside control fried itself somehow. I've been waiting 4 months for a replacement control board only to now find out the Amcoraire is out of business. Their website is gone and all the #'s are disconnected.
Can someone either point the way to where I can get another control board? Or perhaps a control board from another brand? I'm really in a bind and I don't have the $$$ to buy a another complete unit.
Thanks in advanced.

Re: Amcor mini split control board
the amcor HX series units are manufactured by Chigo-group... they are pretty much identical to the Grunaire HX series units... in fact the outdoor units are identical... indoors the only difference are the display boards that connect to the indoor board... you should be able to get a board for the Grunaire 9,000 BTU HX unit and be Ok... Turbo-air;s TAS series units are also like these amcor units...
I doubt anyone will honor the warranty unless perhaps you could say the board came out of a Grunaire unit.. or contact Chigogroup in china directly and explain your situation that amcor-aire is gone...
