A more likely scenario is the blonde decides to pull over and have a quik nap on the roadside, as it was nice and sunny, but forgot to put the handbrake on
Thankfully her bosoms saved her from a potentially nasty accident.

Perhaps they are safety features to prevent further entrance into areas they should not be entering. Ears are another. They fold back when going forward and lock in place when exiting!.
If all else fails, ask for help.
