Mitsubishi electric fault code

I have been given a job to do on Monday and the customer has given this information.

Mitsubishi city multi
r407c
fault code 1005112

I do not know where they got this code from. And the system is on a g50 Central controller.


Any idea?

5112 is fault code for temperature sensor at unit address 100.
All fault codes starting with 51 are for temperature sensors & they will be open circuit or closed circuit to make the fault.
This will be for an outdoor unit or a BC box.

Unusual for any unit to be set at address 100.

Anyway you can use engineers mode at the G50 to see the fault record history & see what units are connected.

Real easy trouble shoot.
Just locate the unit & replace the temp sensor.
