RS21 Main Defrost Heater Help Please

I have an RS21JLBG which keeps shorting the main house fuse every time I switch it on. I have replaced the defrost sensor and the TOC, however both gave the correct Ohms reading but the defrost sensor was the white cap now replaced by black cap. Any way I have traced the short to the main defrost heater. The unit only trips when the main defrost heater plug is engaged. As both the main and the tray heater are in series I disconected the tray heater first and checked the Ohms (2.1) so this seems that the tray heater is OK. Can any one give me advice on replacing the Main Defrost Heater, I can purchase off e-bay. Also since this shorting fault the digital display is not working only showing a vertical bar illuminating on one of the 8s (upper bar) of the "Fridge Temp" display I understand this to be a fault code ??? Is this correct ?? Or is the PVCB blow as well??[/

The topmost horizontal segment on refrigerator display indicates icemaker sensor fault, this will prevent appliance from working until ice maker is replaced. Defrost heater comes already mounted on evaporator assembly, just unpick it and fit to original evap
